HOCKEY OPPORTUNITY FOR 4-19 YEAR OLDS
The St. Albans Skating Association (www.stalbanshockey.com) proudly welcomes a new Special Hockey program for kids ages 4-19. The first such USA Hockey program in Vermont!
The mission is to enrich the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities through increasing players’ personal development and self-confidence on
and off the ice by:
- Having Fun
- Learning Team Work
- Building Friendships
- Increased Physical Activity
The athletes’ journey begins with our Learn to Skate program where we teach the very basics needed. They can then progress to several different tracks including special hockey or youth hockey. Our policy of inclusion allows
anyone to try something they may have never thought possible.
