Dear 8th Graders and Families,

As the time approaches, we wanted to share some guidelines for our graduation “ceremony”. Be sure to click on your team link to let us know your preference, if you haven’t done so already.

For Team USA - you can use this link.

For Team Renaissance - you can use this link

If you do not have access online - please call Wendy Trainer at 527-0565

For the At-School Ceremony:

The teachers, the administrators, and Mr. Craib will be present by the front steps wearing masks and remaining 6 feet apart. Your certificate and yearbook and any end-of-year stuff will be in a bag that we will have on the step for the graduate. Mr. Craib will take a picture for the slide show and then you will be on your way. We ask that you have immediate family only. For the safety of everyone, wearing facemasks will be required. As much as we would love to shake hands, hug, etc. it is not possible right now. We are not trying to be “standoffish”, we are trying to be safe. This is hard for everyone. If you have additional family members that would like to attend, we ask that they remain in their vehicles in our parking lot. Please be prompt. To be respectful of all families, families that are late may need to get a new appointment.

For the Home Ceremony:

The teachers, administrators, and Mr. Craib will be present wearing masks and remaining 6 feet apart. Your certificate and yearbook and any end-of-year stuff will be in a bag that we will leave with you. Mr. Craib will take a picture for the slide show and then we will be on our way to the next graduate. Again, we will not shake hands, hug or come within six feet for safety.

If you have any questions please reach out to your teachers on Renaissance and USA.

Thank you for helping us make this memorable,
