SNOW TUBE USE GUIDELINES
Safe behavior is paramount. It is still possible to have fun when following the guidelines listed below.
- When the sledding hill is hardpacked/icy it will be closed
- Only use the sledding slope outside of the USA and Renaissance classrooms (no snow pile sledding)
- Maximum of 20 students on the slope at one time (10-15 recommended)
- At least two staff members must closely supervise & play with the students
- One student per tube highly recommended, maximum of two students
- No linking of tubes together
- No standing up on the tubes
- Once at the bottom, students must walk up the side of the hill. The walking area will be defined by barriers
- Anyone acting unsafely must be sent away from the sledding hill
