TECH SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES
As we all navigate uncharted territories, the tech team is working on how to best support families and teachers as problems with technology arise.
Please follow these steps to get Tech Support:
- Try the tips and tricks for troubleshooting your Chromebook or laptop
- Contact your child’s teacher with more information and possibly pictures to clarify the issue. Your child’s teacher will provide you with guidance, and, if it is not something they are able to help you with, they will contact the tech department on your behalf.
- Once a teacher contacts the tech department, We will do our best to resolve any technology issues within 2 business days.
