2009 Bike or Walk for habitat- The 2009 Bike or walk for habitat is being held at the Franklin county state airport in Highgate Vermont. The event will include a 2.1 mile walk at the airport as well as a 15 and 26 mile bike along Lake Champlain and Swanton's new recreation trail and bridge.

Goal: To raise $15,000
Entry Free: No minimum pledge required.
Route: 15 & 26 mile routes for bikers 2 mile route for walkers.
Bikers that pre- register by September 1st with a minimum pledge of $50.00 will get a t-shirt.
Registration forms are available in the front lobby.
BOY SCOUTS- The Boy scout information night will take place on September 18th at St Paul's Methodist Church. The meeting will start at 7pm. For more information contact Dale Walsh at 524-0756 or e-mail at djwalsh99@comcast.net.
Labor Day- Just a reminder that Monday is Labor day . School will not be in session.
Kindergarten orientation will be on Tuesday September 8th.
Preschool orientation- The pre-school orientation for the morning session will be on Tuesday September 8th from 11:00am-12:00pm.
The orientation for the afternoon session will take place from 1:00pm-2:00pm
The first day of preschool will be on September 9th, 2009.
