The Alert Now system is used to notify parents about school closings and emergency notifications.
City School Parents, Guardians & Caretakers:
You are your childrens’ first and most important teachers. In an effort to assist you in that very critical role, City School would like to invite you to attend a program on “Parenting Challenges Posed by Technology.” This topic is one raised by parents in a survey conducted during our Fall Open House. That same survey indicated an evening time would be most convenient and that child care would be helpful.
Taking these requests into account, the program will be offered on Thursday, January 21st from 6 to 7 PM in the City School Library. Our school counselors, Vicki Nelson and Deb McCarthy, will lead the program.
Refreshments and child care will be provided. Please spread the word. We hope to build up our contact list so that we can provide you with information on important parenting topics as well as announce other programs in the future.

Drama Club: The drama club will meet Friday,January 8th from 3:20-4:30 in room A-1. Any students in Grades 5-6-7-8 are welcome to attend.
