Messenger Article on Proposed Facility Project

For those of you interested in information about the proposed facility project, an article was published today. Tuesday’s St. Albans Messenger included a story about City School’s upcoming proposed project and bond vote on November 2^nd. The project is designed to address health and safety issues at the school relating to ventilation, electrical, and roofing issues.
