News from Band

The Senior Band played to a packed cafeteria Tuesday evening. They played many selections that they have been working since the beginning of the school year. The next band concert is featuring Junior Band and Jazz band and will be held next Tuesday 12/11 at 7:00pm.

The 5th grade beginning band and the 6th grade Junior band will not have rehearsals today.

Athletics

The boys 7/8 Basketball Team coached by Scott Martin practice strategies and plays for the 2012/2013 season.

Operation Happiness Day 6

There is still time to bring in your donations!  If City School collects 243 items today, we will have met our goal!  Here are the totals so far.  Thank you for participating!  Here are the current totals for each team.  St. Albans City School is going to have a great contribution to the community food drive.  Let's Go Raiders!

Field Trip

Team Discovery is going to Montpelier to visit the State House and VT Historical Society at 8:30am.

News from Open Doors

Open Doors Horseback Riding class has ended. All other Monday programs are still meeting until January 7th.

Open Doors Archery class has ended. All other Tuesday classes are still meeting until January 8th. However, the Chomp class at BFA and the Advanced Lego class is not meeting next Tuesday, December 11th.

Festival of Trees

Kids and Families are invited to City Hall on Saturday 12/8 at 1:30pm for an afternoon of fun and free music and entertainment. For more information go to www.festivaloftreesvt.com/
