The 7/8 Boys Soccer team finished up their season with a student -vs- staff/parent game.The game ended in a tie and sealed the completion of a great season under Coach Brunelle.
There is Open Gym this afternoon for 7th and 8th grade boys and girls who have signed up.
All Jr. Band students are reminded that there is Jr. Band today starting at 12:15. We will be rehearsing for a half hour, to prepare for our first winter concert.
Full Orchestra is this afternoon.
Friday is cello day for lessons.
Walking Wednesday Numbers
A total of 207 people walked or biked into school on Wednesday November 5th (187 students and 20 adults). This was the expected amount given the threat of rain. Our next official walk will be Wednesday December 3rd. We encourage you to walk in on your own or with your parents before then. Thank you to everyone who has participated in the walks each Wednesday for the past six weeks.
Open Doors
The following Open Doors classes meet today Thursday, November 6th
- Drumming for Success
- CHOMP for Families (Remember this is the class for students and families)
- Language Sampling at BFA (Session B students board bus #3 at 3:10)
- Crazy Cool Chemistry
- Aviation
- Kindness Center Creations
Session B students taking Language Sampling at BFA will board bus #3 at 3:10. Students will check in with Open Doors at bus #3 before boarding the bus. If parents are picking up their children at BFA, please pick-up at the south side of BFA (where the big sign is)
All session A students taking Open Doors classes go to the cafeteria at 2:45 dismissal. It is very important that all students riding the buses afterschool follow the bus expectations.
