News from Team USA

Malaika DosRemedios, a full time yoga instructor from the Burlington area, lead the Team USA community in a yoga session during their physical education time.  She lead the class of 70 students and staff in some basic stretches and then ended the class with a Yoga Nidra practice.  The session left the students and teachers impressed with the benefits of taking a few minutes to focus on ourselves.  Benefits from a session could include improvement of sleep, relief from chronic pain, release of stress, plus others.
