Access to Playground and going outside today:
  • No-one is to be outside during testing times.
  • Outside the testing window, teams can take students outside but no-one can use the playground - the fields or walking track are the only options.  (The window of time is just too small for the playground to be a safe option for students)
  • It is going to be beautiful out - please get creative and use the fields when testing is not happening.

Walking Contest
Recall that walking laps will be doubled on testing days (NECAPs or SBACs).  Let Mr. Craib double your laps for you rather than confusing matters by doubling them on the recording sheets yourselves.  Simply record the actual number of laps you did.  Thank you.

NECAP Assessments are happening
Grades 4 and 8
Science knowledge and skills will be measured
Today, Thursday May 12

Bike to School Day Wrap-up
A small group of cyclists joined the biking school bus (some called it a bike train) that was led by several of our teachers and a police patrol car. Most bikers chose to ride in on own. There were 56 bikes counted at the bike racks.  Counting adults and students together, 60 people cycled to school on Wednesday.
