PICTURES AND REPORTS
Box Tops Big Collectors Winter Contest - Week 2
Although the Travelers still hold the overall lead, Week 3's biggest submission came from Team Discovery! Discovery will proudly display the Box Tops Big Collectors Banner in their hallway this week. They narrowly edged out the Incredibles who also made a big contribution this week. (Interestingly, you might notice on the graph that Discovery and Incredibles also have the exact same three-week total!)
Great news - we've just surpassed our school-wide goal to collect 2,500 Box Tops during this Winter Collection Contest. So we've set a new challenge - can we reach 4,000 Box Tops by February vacation?! There's still lots of time to clip and collect so your community could be the Big Collectors, too! Thanks to all learning communities for your support, because Box Tops benefit ALL of us!
The Money Makers will visit all communities on Thursday afternoon, so please have your Box Tops ready. Please remember to put your Learning Community name on any Box Tops left in Ms. Maguire's mailbox.

Learning more about owls On Friday kindergarteners learned about owls from an expert associated with the Vermont Institute of Natural Science. He brought two owls to show students. The students shown here were in Mrs. Adams class.
Super Bowl Sunday Vote
Students tossed milk cartons into one trash container or another depending on the team they were rooting for on super bowl Sunday. Fun Friday Activity. 2-3-2017
