PICTURES AND REPORTS
ENGINEERING DAY AT BFA Pictures and a report will be in announcements on Friday. HOPE Students from this community experienced a learning unit based on maple syrup production. They learned about volumes, collecting sap, boiling it down into syrup and how best to consume the syrup. The pictures below show them having a pancake and French toast breakfast with the last of the maple syrup produced on school property this spring. Lots of full stomachs and happy faces. RECYCLED PICTURES FROM THE PAST Familiar faces? News from The Past: Explorers The video is 5 minutes long - a number of the students shown still attend SACS video will not display in email - go to sacsannouncements.blogspot.com to view. The first grade Explorers had a visitor, Bob Engstrom, a couple of years ago to help them start up their worm farm. Mrs. Borst was the teacher at the time. Everyone has seen the Explorers worm bin in the hallway going to the cafeteria. |
