AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMMING Week of 4/17
Please note: Wednesday, April 19th will be the last day of tutoring. There will be no tutoring after April break (for the rest of the year.) Acceptance letters for Session 5 of Open Doors will go home on Monday, May 1st and programs begin Monday, May 8th.

FITNESS TEAM INFORMATION
Fitness Team practice this week: Tuesday 4/18 and Thursday 4/20
Practice time is 3:20-4:30 in big gym. Please dress for the weather and outside activity
If taking the late bus home, please sign up by 1:00 on the day you will be riding.
Session A and Session B students need to report to cafeteria until 3:20

BAND
Beginning flute lessons are today. Beginning alto sax lessons are happening during A win and B win times on Tuesday.
Jr. Band and Sr. Band will not be rehearsing on Tuesday because of the District String Festival that St. Albans City School is hosting.
Jr. Band students are reminded to bring instruments home, unless you have special permission from Mr. M to leave them in school.
Band lessons for Sr. Band are outside the band room and teams doors. Lessons are for district music festival participants and include 7th grade trumpets, Bella, Laci, Serenity, Lillian, Zach, Hailey Holiday, Aria,Kaya, Lindsey, Karah, Emma Bapp and Kalan. |

Location - Library Parents and Staff: The Friends of St. Albans City School are Hosting a Parent e-Portfolio Night. April 18th. At this event parents will learn about their role in the e-portfolio process. They will learn about different ways that they can add their 'Parent Reflection' to their child's e-portfolio. This will go from 6:00-6:30. From 6:30-7:00 is the FSACS meeting and we hope parents will remain and join us. Students and Staff: School Day Drama Production "Annie"

Happy Easter from Mrs. Lawyer's class! TRIUMPH Vermont Energy Education Program (VEEP) representative, Mariah, visited team Triumph at the end of their "energy" study unit. Students experienced a number of energy education activities and got to try various power generating equipment. These learning experiences gave them a better understanding of power production and energy use -all while having fun.
