NAVIGATORS KINDERCAMP JUICE MAKING PICTURES
Mrs. Adams and Ms. Audette led the young students through an experience of juice making and tasting. Fruits were introduced and smelled. Then students crushed the juice from the fruits, mixed it with some slightly sweet grape juice and tasted it. Because not everyone could be moved through the lesson at one time, other kids were engaged in cutting and pasting and Playdough activities. Everyone had a chance to work at each of the stations and seemed to be happy doings so.

PICNIC TABLES
Our Open Doors program and the Recreation Department teamed together to apply for and receive a picnic table grant. These tables will be used to accommodate kids who come to the St. Albans summer feeding sites.  Here St. Albans City School and Recreation staff are shown loading the newly assembled tables onto a truck for distribution around St. Albans.
