INFORMATION PACKETS

Families and students we need the forms that came in your packet last week completed and returned to school as soon as possible.

Technology and media permission agreements, among others, are vital to the function of our school.

2017/2018 HEALTH UPDATES

Please complete your health update (the green form) for your SACS student. This very important form lets us know of any changes with your child and provides us with permission to treat them with certain over the counter medications.  The Vermont Department of Health mandates that this form is completed every school year. If you need another form, just let us know and we will also leave additional health forms at the front desk.

Thank you. Nurses Raleigh and Kane.

MEALS PAPERWORK

In your family information packet, there will be a form to apply for free and reduced meals. Even though our school receives funding for free meals for everyone, it is still important that we continue to show that our school qualifies for that resource. Your submitted application would be a big help to St. Albans City School and our entire school community.   Thank you.

PICTURES AND REPORTS

Band Teacher, Mr. Mehaffey, demonstrated instruments and talked about band to all the 4/6th grade learning communities. Fourth through 6th graders are at a great age to start learning how to play instruments for the first time. The band program at St. Albans City School is strong and well worthwhile considering being a part of.
