LUNCH

EXPECTED RECESS WEATHER

Expect a melting mess out there. Do go outside for exercise, ideally with waterproof boots and clothing.

The snow tubes may be removed from use today depending on how dangerous the conditions seem. Please don't have too many students on the sledding hill at a time.  Walk the snow tubes up on the sides of the hill to avoid getting hit by people coming down the hill.

The snowshoes are available as an alternative.  Keep tubes and snowshoes off the sidewalk.  Thank you.

PICTURES AND REPORTS

WALKING WEDNESDAY RESULTS
Sixty one students and a thirteen adults walked to school on Wednesday morning. The temperature was around 10 degrees F. with clear skies and no wind. It was delightful. The Incredibles had the highest student turnout (see picture of students below), as they have so many times before.  It may be winter but walking to school is still a good option on most days for older students. Walking is an important way students can reach the recommended 60 minutes of exercise needed per day for good health.

Thank you to walking school bus leaders and all the participants.
