It will feel cold outside due to the wind.  Dress warmly if you plan to go out.

There will be no snow tubes and snowshoes outside today because the snow is not deep and there remains a dangerous layer of ice under the snow on the sledding hill.  :(

BAND


Beginning violin lessons for group 1 is this afternoon, and group 2 is tomorrow.

This is week A for Sr. Band lessons. This includes Tara, Lyla, Nichole and Heather, Molly, Hailey Hatin, and Jack.

Sr. Band is rehearsing today at 2.

PHANTOMS LACROSSE
Early Bird Registration for the 2018 Phantoms Lacrosse season opens on February 1.  Players that register before February 11 will receive a 10% discount on the Phantoms registration fee. The program is open to girls and boys, Pre-K through 8th Grade. Our season begins in mid-April (weather permitting) and ends in early June. Beginners are welcome! Practices and home games are played at H’ardack. We are in need of coach’s helpers, especially for the Pre-K through 2nd Grade group - no experience required. NAVIGATORS GROUNDHOG DAY
After a very close vote of 15 to 14 the groundhogs in Ms Lawyer’s and Mrs Adams class learned indeed that Punxsutawney Phil did see his shadow!!!! 6 more weeks of winter yay!!!!!  LINK TO 10 PICTURES



MAKERSPACE ROBOTS
Ms. Bertucci demonstrated two robots that were programmed to move forward and make turns.  They were set to make it through a simple course. The robots are programmed by pressing forward and turn buttons located on their backs. Usually our younger students play with these learning tools.  Check it out.

VOYAGERS P.E.
On Friday 2-2-2018 Students in the 4-6th grades played their teachers in a basic version of volleyball. Much fun was had by all. Unfortunately, the only team photographed was the Voyagers.  LINK TO 50 PICTURES
