THEATER GROUP
On Monday the group of theater students and staff quickly got acquainted with each other before getting down to the business of practicing their acting skills. 7-9-2018. LINK TO 13 PICTURES







BREAKFAST 7-10-2018
Everyone wore name tags to help people to get to know each other

CULTURAL COOKING AND CRAFTS 7-10-2018
Ms. Luneau and Ms. Asato-Ditch guided students through the process of making samosas, a meat-filled pasta/pastry commonly eaten in parts of Africa. Participants worked on crafts between cooking duties. They also tried African dance moves taught by Ms. Adams.  LINK TO 18 PICTURES






GARDEN GROUP
Ms. Pizzaro and her gardening students walked around school collecting garbage during mid-morning 7-10-2018. The school campus was beautified by their efforts.








A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE (AWOD)
During the time pictures were taken the team practiced making public choices and then talking about how they felt about it. After the photographer left there were videos and considerable discussion about racism. This group is a safe one to discuss how people interact with each other and how to stand up for positive ways of being with each other. LINK TO 16 PICTURES
