EXPLORING LOCAL ECOSYSTEMS
Campers visited the St. Albans Town Forest and the waterfalls at the end of Fairfield bog. The Falls usually has great water flow over it but with the very dry conditions water was hardly flowing. It was still interesting to explore the outdoors in both locations. 6-18-2018

GARDENING
Ms. Patty's gardening group removed a lot of rocks as they weeded the garden beds around the school building. They decided to paint inspirational words on them and return them to prominent garden spots around the school. Enjoy their hard work and creativity. July 2018.

FITNESS TRAINING
Nate Yandow, fellow summer camp staffers and young campers performed a range of fitness and skill-enhancing activities. Lots of smiles during the process. 7-19-2018. LINK TO 15 PICTURES

HUMANITIES CAMP
Campers have been learning about child labor. On Thursday they got to experience a taste of hard work: toting haybales, carrying water, finding potatoes in a field (special rocks) and hand washing clothes. The total experience lasted a half hour and was long enough to realize how easy physical modern life is for most kids. 7-19-2018  LINK TO 25 PICTURES .  More Humanities Camp pictures and a video to follow in the coming days.
