COMPOST BUCKET PROTOCOL
This is a friendly reminder to all students and staff that compost buckets need to be brought to the cafeteria, emptied into the cafeteria compost totes, and then placed in the dishwashing area. Please do not leave them next to the snack room.

Buckets seen in the hallway next to the snack room in the last few days.

Wrong location for buckets.  Yucky.

Fruit flies and mold are the problems that occur when food is left in the buckets and they are not cleaned regularly.
Please empty buckets into the compost tote.

Thank you for returning the emptied buckets to the dishwashing room.

PICTURES AND REPORTS

7/8 GIRLS SOCCER AT COLLINS PERLEY
Our 7/8 team had an opportunity to practice with the BFA high school students on Thursday 9-14-2018. It was a good chance for SACS players to test their skills against older athletes and to see how good they will have to be to make it onto a Freshman, Junior Varsity or Varsity team. It was a beautiful day to hold the practice. Pictures supplied by athletic director, Ms. Beck. Thank you.

VOYAGERS SCHOOL STORE MANAGERS FOR THE DAY 9-14-2018

VOYAGERS (BASHAW)
Ms. Bashaw does an activity called "You can't make me laugh" with her students. They stand in a circle and she goes from one student to the next. Each student tries to keep a straight face. Ms. Bashaw never fails to get every single student in the circle to smile or laugh which means she wins the "game". A few students also got to try and make the class smile/laugh.  Pictures taken early morning 9-14-2018

TRIUMPH (DEAN)
This homeroom used the gyro rings as a challenge and as a way of working together as a team. They gyro rings require spinning smaller rings on the larger ring and rotating the large rings while passing them on to the next person in line. The small rings should keep spinning during the moving process.
