OFFICER PAUL MORITS MONITORED THE HALLWAY TRAFFIC 3-28-2019

USING THE MAPLE SAP EVAPORATOR
Mr. Deslauriers had students check out the maple sap evaporator in action in the school's sugar shack on Thursday 3-28-2019. Over a period of days HOPE (hands on practical education) staff and students have been boiling down gallons of maple syrup from the sap collected on school property. Their goal is to have as many students as possible stop by the sugar shack in the coming week and taste the syrup and examine the evaporation process.
