STEP UP DAY STUDENTS' DEPARTURE ON THE LAST DAY OF THE SCHOOL YEAR

TEACHERS AND STAFF CLOSED OUT THE SCHOOL YEAR
After the students had departed for summer break, our teachers and staff gathered in the cafeteria for a delicious meal prepared by the Abbey Group. As people finished up their food and drink, staff departures and replacements were announced. Two well-loved retiring staff were honored, PreK teacher Ms. Gleason and Discovery team paraeducator, Ms. Wilda. In addition, service pins were awarded in five-year increments to teachers and workers, with Eileen Nikel coming in at the top of the heap with 40 years of teaching. Impressive! Everyone wished each other and the students a great summer ahead.

Thanks to the community for supporting St. Albans City School and everyone associated with it.
