HUMANITIES CAMP

Starting July 8th and going for 2 Weeks. The camp already has a full roster.
The camp happens Monday - Thursday. This year's theme is Survival.

On Thursday the group will be heading down to UVM on a field trip to try out a ropes course.

PICTURES AND REPORTS

HUMANITIES CAMP. UVM ROPES COURSE
On Thursday campers traveled to the UVM ropes course in South Burlington. This experience fit nicely with their camp theme of Survival. Campers learned to rely on each other and to communicate effectively along with gaining some hard earned balancing skills. It was an amazing day for all present.  LINK TO 130 PICTURES

EXPLORING LOCAL ECOSYSTEMS
The Open Doors group led by Ms. Adams and Ms. Vaillancourt headed to the long trail near Johnson for a hike. Afterwards, they traveled to Jeffersonville and a swimming hole there. To get to it they took the Alden Bryan Brewster River Trail. Ms. Vaillancourt supplied the pictures. (Link to a photo/blog post with photos and a description of the trail).  LINK TO INFORMATION about the location of Jeffersonville Falls.

CULTURAL COOKING AND CRAFTS
Ms Pizzaro sent these pictures of her campers producing some mighty fine looking food. 7-11-2019
