OPEN DOORS
This is the bus list for the Open Doors Camp the week of July 8 - 12. The buses will leave school to begin pick up at 7:15 am for the UPPER BUS and 7:25 am for the LOWER BUS for an 8:00 am start time. We apologize that this was not included in the acceptance letters.
Summer Open Doors will begin July 8th-12th and July 15th-19th, Monday through Friday.
Week of July 8th (7/8/19 – 7/12/19, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) Students are expected to attend the entire week of the camp(s) in which they are enrolled. Variety camp choices were limited, and we did the best we could to make sure everyone is enrolled in something they will like!

Week of July 15th (7/15/19 – 7/19/19, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) Students are expected to attend the entire week of the camp(s) in which they are enrolled.

HUMANITIES CAMP
Starting July 8th and going for 2 Weeks. The camp already has a full roster.
The camp happens Monday - Thursday. This year's theme is Survival.

PICTURES AND REPORTS
The Summer Open Doors and Humanities Camp programs have started. Roughly 80 children arrived on Monday morning to engage in a variety of activities. ARRIVAL AND BREAKFAST LINK TO 17 PICTURES CULTURAL COOKING AND CRAFTS These photos were taken of Ms. Pizzaro'S and Ms. Brace's campers chopping up peppers and shucking corn. Aside from preparing some tasty and healthy food they were improving their cooking skills and elevating their confidence in a kitchen setting.7-8-2019. LINK TO 17 PICTURES THEATER After a morning of getting to know each other and practice reading a script, campers practiced standing up and performing in front of each other in the large gym. 7-8-2019. DRUMMING Ms. Cameron-Muscente guided campers and Mr. Weisburgh through a range of drumming games and skills. 7-8-2019 NEVER BORED GAMES The early morning was spent outdoors walking the school gravel path and playing gaga ball. Mid-morning children returned to the cafeteria where they did craft work or played card games. 7-8-2019 |
