The Voyagers are getting ready to light up our world. Electricity + magnets= electromagnetism!
Students have been working in teams and experimenting with electromagnetism this week. Soon they will be competing to see which team can create the strongest electromagnet using the supplies available to them. Variables will be controlled as teams will race to see who has the strongest magnet! The results of our contest will be a part of our Culminating Event for the year! Stay tuned to see who wins.
School Improvements
All rooms in the 'A' building (main building that you enter through the front doors) that were renovated last summer have new shades that keep the rooms cooler on hot days and allow us to darken the room for videos and calming moments.
Also, planting is set to begin in the flower beds in the front parking lot of the school, so please be sure and use the crosswalks.

BFA is hosting a informational night regarding the new teaming structure for in coming BFA freshman. Monday, May 21st, 6:30 at the BFA performing Arts Center.

In recognition of National Foster Care Month, there will be a day of fun at St. Albans City Hall on Saturday May 19th from 10:30am-2:30pm. There will be face painting, a bouncy house, ice cream and more!
