Congratulations to both the 5/6 and 7/8 Spelling Bee Teams. They won the District Spelling Bee on Thursday, October 9th and now move on to the Regional Spelling Bee on Saturday, November 1st.
Band
Today, all of the beginning band students who are not during the A win time, are having the first Jr. Band rehearsal at 12:15 to 12:45. Please make sure that you are in the band room by 12:15.
All beginning strings, violins and cello, are having a lesson today at 2:45.
The next Walk-to-School-Day is Tomorrow (Wednesday October 15th)
Come and join over 200 people walking and biking into school. Our record from the last school year is 252 people. Let us see if we can top that number in this nice Fall weather.
The following Open Doors classes begin today Tuesday, October 14th:
Archery
- Session B students taking Archery will board bus #2 at 3:10. Archery students will check in with Open Doors at bus #2 before boarding the bus.
Dungeons and Dragons- held at City School
VerMONEY-held at City School.
All session A students taking Open Doors classes go to the cafeteria at 2:45 dismissal.
It is very important that all students riding the buses afterschool follow the bus expectations.
