If you are feeling tired or have a dry mouth, try drinking some water. These can be signs that you are dehydrated.
Luckily, here at SACS fresh, filtered water is available in filling stations located throughout the school and every student has been provided with a special SACS water bottle. It's very important to keep hydrated throughout the day, especially during active times like PE and recess.
