Two police officers took time out of their busy schedules to read Owl Babies to Mrs. Walsh's class. They enjoyed it very much!
Walking Wednesday - Tomorrow March 11th!
Lets begin to shake this winter off. Please join us walking in to school tomorrow! Parents are welcome to be a part of this event. The more people the better. Check out the walking maps to find out when a walking school bus comes by your part of the city.
Field Trip
Today and tomorrow, the 2 & 3rd grade Explorers are taking turns going to WCAX.
Band
Jr. Band is rehearsing today at 12:15, and 5th grade beginning band is at 2:40.
8th grade violin is at 11:30, and 6th grade violin is tomorrow.
The following Open Doors classes meet today Tuesday, March 10th
· Archery Winter class
Session B students taking Archery will board bus #2 at 3:10. Archery students will check in with Open Doors at bus #2 before boarding the bus and will wait until the bus driver is ready for them to board the bus.
· Professional Dodgeball- held at City School
· Knitting
Session B students taking Knitting will board bus #6 at 3:10. Knitting students will check in with Open Doors before boarding the bus and will wait until the bus driver is ready for them to board the bus.
Please mark your calendars for Tuesday, March 31st which will be the first day of CHOMP.
Spring Archery will naturally begin when winter archery ends.
All session A students taking Open Doors classes go to the cafeteria at 2:45 dismissal.
It is very important that all students riding the buses afterschool follow the bus expectations.
