Plums are excellent source of Vitamin C that helps the body heal cuts and wounds.
Vitamin C helps the body to absorb more iron from foods. Throw in some sliced plums in your spinach salad or cook meat/chicken with plums to get the most iron out of them!

Jazz Band will be rehearsing today at 2.
Band lessons include week B students, Lexi, Caleb, Silas, Corbin, Issac Rix, Sophia, Landon and Jenna and Noah.
Monday string lessons are for beginning violin group 1.

VOYAGERS
A few Voyagers were just some of the students who spent time with Mrs. Lamb on Thursday, December 14th making and eating holiday food. The pictures show kids making milk shakes, coating marshmallows and covering pretzels with chocolate and sprinkles. Delicious.
