TRIUMPH AND VOYAGERS JAY PEAK SKI TRIP
On Monday the two learning communities enjoyed excellent snow conditions for skiing at Jay Peak. There was a mix of first-time skiers present and kids who had been there multiple times before. Students had to demonstrate basic ski skills on the slopes around the magic carpet before being allowed to head off to the easier mountain slopes with chaperones. Learning to ski was exciting and stressful for many. Fortunately, there was time to relax in the lodge before heading out for a second or third session of learning.  LINK TO 60 PICTURES  Thanks to Ms. Mitchell and Ms. Nadeau for some of the pictures

INVESTIGATORS
Last year the Investigators researched snowshoes and organized grant funds to purchase snowshoes for the school. On Tuesday, January 9th, some of the students went through the snowshoe bins, sorted the snowshoes into pairs, and conducted an inventory of what we have.  They then put the snowshoes out for use in the recess shed. Thank you, Investigators!
