SNACKS
GRAPES: Grapes appear in many colors. White, red, black, blue, green, purple and golden. There are over 8,000 grape varieties worldwide. Snow tubing will be fast today. PLEASE USE CAUTION ON THE SLEDDING HILL. If you have just come down the hill, get out of the way and try walking up the sides for the sake of safety. If too many people are trying to sled on the hill, find something else to do outside. |

BAND
This is a B week for band lessons, so this morning Mr. M will see Isabella, Kaya and Lindsay, Georgia and Zach, Jordan, Aliyah and Hailey, Matt, Johnny, and Yuki, Adriana, Ashley, and Sophia after lunch. All beginning violins and cello's in 4th and 5th grade, in both groups, have a dress rehearsal on Tuesday afternoon for our concert on Wednesday evening. This means that there is no rehearsal today for group 1 violins. The Strings and Orchestra concert for all string students will be on Wednesday at 7 pm in the Library. Students will be performing in the Beginning Orchestra, solo's and duets for older students, and the full Sr. Orchestra. |

2018 Poster Contest Entries
Due Tuesday, January 23rd!
Green Up Day is the first Saturday in May when thousands of Vermonters of all ages continue to come together to clean up and green up our state. Come join this year's poster contest!
Here are the guidelines:
Open to all students K-12 grade
Must include the words Green Up Vermont
Size 11x14" portrait
No logos or brand names
All poster designs are due to Ms. Tagliamonte by Tuesday, January 23! Green Up Vermont keeps your poster, so make sure to take a pic before you hand it in! On the back of the entry make sure to include:
