PICTURES AND REPORTS
VISION SCREENING Normally it takes many days to screen students for vision at our nurses' office. Eye charts are used for both the left and right eyes. However, this year the Lion's Club is sponsoring the use of a new vision assessment tool that is far faster and more accurate at measuring vision. The whole process takes about a minute per child and all they have to do is look into a gadget that resembles a camera. It is painless and effective. Over 700 students were tested in a day.
