7th Grade Boys Basketball: On Friday, December 21st the 7th-grade boys basketball team will be participating in a team building/community service event. The team will be volunteering at the Franklin / Grand Isle Community Food Shelf from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Following their volunteer time at the food shelf, they will go to Mimmo’s for a team dinner. Participation is mandatory. 8th Grade Boys Basketball: Will not practice Friday, December 21st or over break. 5/6 Boys Basketball Navy/White: Will not practice over break. Here is the week of break schedule, as it HAS changed:

STAGE TECH FOR BEAUTY AND THE BEAST
Drama is looking for stage tech students for the spring (5th-8th grade) production of Beauty and the Beast.
We will be looking for about 10 students that are seriously interested.
If you are interested in helping behind the scenes, come see Ms. Hartman.
THE KINDNESS KREW DECEMBER
COLORING CONTEST
Who: All students in Pre-K to 6th grade
When: Now through Wednesday, December 19th. ALL entries must be complete by December 19th. The Kindness Krew will pick up the entries on the 19th.
What: All coloring pages were dropped off in each community last week. Please complete a coloring page designed by the Kindness Krew! Entries will be judged based on color choice, neatness, creativity, and the answers to the questions on the back (questions are REQUIRED for grades 4-6). A winner will be selected from each grade level. A prize will be given to each winner!
Where: All entries will be on display in the cafeteria.

7/8 DANCE On January 18th Team USA will be holding a dance. The dance will commence at 6:00 and will end at 8:00. The dance will be held in the USA hallway. Pizza and soda will be available in the language arts room. The cost to get in will be 3.00 dollars. The dance will include a movie, games, food, drinks, and of course dancing. Students will not be allowed to walk home. We hope to see you there. |

The Team USA Raider Report crew completed their full-length show for November. Students covered a variety of events and tried to share what City School has been up to. The full show is 20 minutes long.
