PICTURES AND REPORTS
SPIRIT WEEK (1960s DAY - WEDNESDAY) Each year our school likes to have a little fun by celebrating dress and music from decades in the past. On Wednesday it was 1960s day. Here are photos of a few of the people who dressed for the occasion. LINK TO 40 PICTURES LAST HURRAH WITH THE SNOW TUBES It was an incredibly clear and bright day when students headed out for what might be the last good snow tubing day of the school year. Temperatures were mild and the snow was forgiving. LINK TO 12 PICTURES of mostly Incredibles students. DREAMERS ART A student from Mrs. Gleason's PreK proudly shows off his dinosaur drawing in Ms. Martinson's art class. THINGS THAT FLY - UA ELECTIVE This 7th and 8th grade class had been experimenting with paper planes before they moved onto balsa wood gliders. Students were given propellers, rubber bands, and various supplies to see if their balsa wood gliders could be converted to propeller-driven planes. Hot glue, paper clips, paper, tape etc. were all used to create some very unique flying objects. Some were successful. Others flew poorly. As usual the learning period passed by in a flash. |
