PICTURES AND REPORTS St. Albans City School Second Floor Classrooms in 1970 Second Floor Classrooms A203 and A205 in 2020 NW TECH CENTER INFORMATION MEETING FOR 8TH GRADERS Students who will be moving up to BFA next year came to the library for a dynamic presentation put on by teacher, Jacob Holzberg Pill. They learned about many of the new and unique hands-on experiences they can have. Teachers observing the presentation commented that they wished they were able to take part in the same opportunities BFA students will have access to. BREAKFAST PICTURES WEDNESDAY 1-29-2020 LINK TO 49 PICTURES PREPARING FOR THE 3D VERMONT COMPETITION St. Albans City School students have participated in a 3D printing contest for the last three years called 3D Vermont. Students working in makerspaces across the state make mini-versions of significant buildings in their community to be placed on a giant Vermont map at the competition site. Mrs. Borst is supervising two students preparing for this year's contest. A great deal of measuring, calculating and computer drawing has to be done before a building can be printed. ODDS AND ENDS PICTURES RAIDER CLOTHING  Many of you have been waiting for the order form for Raiders clothing. It can be found at THIS LINK or, for those within the Maple Run district google network, at THIS LINK.  The due date for RAIDER GEAR ORDER FORMS has been extended to Thursday, January 30th. Please bring  your order form to the gym ASAP.  Mrs. Trainer has extra order forms. YEARBOOK COMMITTEE The eighth-grade yearbook committee is moving on to collecting other information and pictures for the 2020 yearbook. If you have a childhood picture to contribute to the yearbook, now is the time to produce it.
