VACCINE CLINIC TUESDAY DECEMBER 7TH

The clinic for students 5-11 years old will be at St. Albans City School on December 7th from 8:00am-2:00pm. It will be held in the large gym. Parents can attend with their child, or completely set up their child online and we will support the child at school to get to the clinic. There are only 200 doses, and to get a dose a child must be registered using the state site (See links to the state site below).

This clinic is run by the Department of Health and the school is supporting the clinic by letting them use our facility and facilitating the process by getting students there once they are scheduled and registered online by their parents. If parents want to be there with their children, they should enter by the gym doors at the time of their child's scheduled appointment.

PICTURES

NAVIGATORS - ROSS

When these pictures were taken Ms. Ross’ students were being read to and then seen playing at stations around the room. One station involved imaginary play with plastic animals that live in the north. They used a basin table to contain immitation snow made with baking soda and hair conditioner. Another station involved building with blocks. The group of students using the blocks were excited to build towers as tall as they could construct from a standing height. Link to 9 Pictures.

NAVIGATORS KINDERGARTEN MATH - EMMONS

The prek/k Navigators worked together in teams to practice sorting strategies during math time with buttons. They did an amazing job talking out the strategies, making decisions on what buttons went in certain piles, and using math language. It was awesome! After the teams, they explained their strategy to the class and we all gave a round of applause for their hard work! Link to 12 Pictures.

RENAISSANCE 7TH GRADE BOWLING PE - JARVIS

Ms. Jarvis had her students practice their bowling skills and compete with other teams. Link to 15 Pictures.

RENAISSANCE 7TH GRADE ROLLER BOARD PE - BRANON

Students in this group played a modified game of soccer. Instead of being able to run around on their feet, the students had to push themselves around on boards with wheels. They used their feet to kick and move the ball. Only the goalies could grab the ball with their hands. Link to 17 Pictures.
