PICTURES & NEWS

NAVIGATORS OBSERVED BROOK TROUT - EMMONS

Mrs. Emmons' class went down at 7/8 USA to learn observe the brook trout babies. They got to observe the babies in the tank, ask the older students questions, like: “why are they in a basket?”, and Mr. Rouleau pulled up what adult Brook Trout looked like on the smart board. It was a nice morning adventure:)  Link to 11 Pictures.

KALEIDOSCOPE 4-8 MADE A VARIATION OF PIZZA - WOTHERS

Mr. Wothers' students had a great time making a type of pizza’s in the school’s instructional kitchen. They spread tomato sauce on tortillas, added cheese and pepperoni, placed a second tortilla on top, and then heated each “pizza”  in a microwave. 1-27-2023. AUTHOR CAROLYN PELKEY

We just learned that one of the school employees, Ms. Carolyn Pelkey, is a prolific author. She has written 27 books that are available on Amazon. The one she is pictured holding, titled Echo Canyon, is her first physical book she has published. It is focused on an older youth age group. The rest are e-books. She will be doing a signing this summer at Eloquent Page.  Way to go Ms. Pelkey!
