PICTURES INCREDIBLES JAY PEAK SKI TRIP 1-24-2023 It was a great day for skiing and Incredible students either tried skiing out for the first time or polished their skills on the tougher slopes. While the winds were gusty and the snow constant, the slopes were in good condition. Students were eager to ski in the morning and afternoon. The pictures linked below show the students getting ready to ski, learning basic skiing skills and eating lunch in the lodge. Most of the photos were taken at the magic carpet slopes. Link to 7 second Video Clip. 7TH & 8TH GRADE GIRLS BASKETBALL WITH SOUTH HERO The game was played here at school on Tuesday, January 24th. Both sides played well. St. Albans City School's team ended up winning. Link to 52 Pictures. 8TH GRADE BOYS BASKETBALL WITH SOUTH HERO Just as it had been with the girls’ game before them, the boys’ event was fast paced and competitive. Like the girls, the boys won their game. 1-24-2023. Link to 68 Pictures. TOBOGGANING P.E. - WIGHT Kindergarten has been learning about penguins. When penguins slide on their bellies it is called tobogganing. Miss Wight’s PE classes have been tobogganing in PE class!! Check out Mrs. DuPont’s kindergarten class. Links to 1:14 minute Video. SNOW SHOE TREK P.E. - JARVIS & ANDREWS On Mondays over the next few week, 5th, 6th & 7th graders are heading outside to either cross country ski or snow shoe. If you do bring in a photograph, get your teacher to notify Mr. Craib who will come to your classroom, collect the image for scanning, and promptly return it that day. |
