NEWS AND PICTURES ATHLETICS: INTERESTED IN K-4 SOCCER? K-4 registration for soccer is now open through the St. Albans Recreation Department. SPECIAL AUTHOR VISITOR - REBECCA RUPP Children's author, Rebecca Rupp, paid a visit to the summer camp program at St. Albans City School. Almost all the campers from the current session gathered in the library at 10:00 to hear her answer questions about being a writer and then to listen to her read a book aloud. Following her visit, campers scattered around the library to tables of free books generously provided by the Children's Literacy Foundation (CLiF). Each child got to take home two books. There was excitement and happiness as the books and reading were being celebrated. Link to 38 Pictures.
