St. Albans City School would like to welcome all incoming Kindergarteners (children who will be 5 before September 1st, 2013) and their parents to the 2013-2014 school year. You are invited to visit us in the Kindergarten on Thursday, April 4th and Wednesday, May 8th from 6 pm to 7 pm. Registration material for Kindergarten screenings will be available. Band
Jr. band and orchestra are rehearsing today. Sr. Band will be marching outside today at 1 pm, bring your coat or sweater in case it is cold.
Odyssey of the Mind
SACS Odyssey of the Mind Team is trying to raise money to get to the World Finals in Michigan. They are holding two fundraisers this week. The first is a dance this Friday night for grades 6-8. It's from 6:30 to 8:30 in the cafeteria and it's $3 to get in. The second bottle drive on Saturday from 9AM-1 PM. There will be a table set up outside of the gym and a neighborhood pick-up.
