Announcements 5-14-14

News from Dynamic Design

Dynamic Design students learned about the history of Cinco De Mayo last week and we incorporated pinata making and breaking, along with making and eating two types of salsa.  Students were very interested to learn about the true history of the holiday and why it is celebrated more in American than Mexico.

Band lessons today include, 6th grade flutes, Mioka, Abbie, Chloe, Andrew, GG, and Margot.

The District String Festival is happening tomorrow in the Library. Students from City School should be in the Library at8:30.

Jr. Band will not be rehearsing tomorrow because of the string festival.
