News from Renaissance

Over the past 8 months, the Renaissance Community has been working with the Friends of Northern Lake Champlain, the Franklin County Mountain Bike Club, representatives from the City and Town of St. Albans, the Hard'ack Board of Directors, the Aldis Hill Board of Trustees, and the trail development company Sinuosity Flowing Trails on improving the Hard'ack and Aldis Hill trails.

Google for Education has been documenting this project since the beginning, and the blog post "St. Albans City School Blazes Trails with Android Tablets" is the first of three offerings they have to share this amazing learning with the world. This will be followed up with a webinar, featuring Renaissance teachers and students, on Wednesday, September 24th at 1:00 and an official case-study due out later this month. (If you're interested in joining us for the webinar, click here to register to listen and ask questions.)

The students and teachers of the Renaissance Community are proud to be able to represent St. Albans City School and share one of the many powerful learning opportunities happening here!
