Walk to School Results
Twenty six adults and 154 students walked or biked to school on Wednesday 10-14-2015. The rain held off and temperatures were mild. Participants had a great time. We noticed that while some 6th, 7th and 8th graders walked or biked, there were not many of them. Thank you to everyone who came out, especially the volunteers and parents who helped make this Walking Wednesday a safe and happy day.

Rain Garden Improvement
The city public works department helped the school fix a defect in our rain garden drainage system.  The drainage ditch near the basketball court was not sloped appropriately for proper water flow.  In just a few minutes, expert staff from public works corrected the problem and our rain garden should work perfectly now.
