Apple Juice Making in the Outdoor Classroom
Mr. Dan Deslauriers will be supervising apple juice making throughout the day (today -Tuesday) in the Outdoor Classroom next to Team Explorers. Teachers may want to bring their students by to observe and taste the heated apple juice. Before coming outside with your group, you may want to check and see how many others are already at the outdoor classroom. If there appears to be space for your classroom group, then drop on by.
This is the apple cider (apple juice) press that will be used for juice making.
Tomorrow is a Walk (and bike) to School Day

Team Imagination Uses Pumpkins For Learning
Each year students in Imagination remove and count seeds from Hudak Farm (local) pumpkins. They also chop up those pumpkins and process them into delicious muffins. Along the way they get early lessons in addition, fractions and botany. Hands-on and meaningful learning is the goal. These are a sample of a few of the pictures taken of the experience in the last few school days.
