Kindergarten Makes Locally Sourced Pumpkin Muffins
On Monday morning (10-5-2015), Kindergarten students from Mr. Lewis' class made pumpkin muffins in the Family and Consumer Science kitchen. The pumpkin came from Hudak's farm, the butter came from a local creamery, the eggs came from St. Albans chickens, and the flour was provided by a Vermont business, King Arthur Flour. Delicious. Other Kindergarten classes will be doing the same thing over the next three weeks.
