Athletics/Sports
There is no 5/6 Boys and Girls Soccer Home Game vs. Georgia.  It is scheduled for another day.  Furthermore, there will be no soccer practice or play on the fields today due to the very wet fields.

Band
The Beginning Band lesson schedule is now posted, and copies are with 5th and 6th grade homeroom teachers. Mr. Mehaffey also has them outside the band room. Lessons will be starting Monday morning and afternoon.

Beginning Band flutes will be having their first lesson on Monday morning for the students in A Win time, and Monday afternoon for students in B Win time. If you are using a school flute, you should be there. Students who rented a flute on Wednesday night only need their flute and books, and not their music stands.

Hailey, Lindsay and Emily presided over the Maker Space on Open House Night
The Maker Space was a very popular place to visit.  Many people stopped by to see how being creative with coding and circuits could be great fun.  Others checked out playing Minecraft on a large screen monitor.
