St. Albans City School ~

Veterans day is approaching fast, with that in mind we now have people riding the float for City School. Thank you to each and every learning community that gave us the names of the children. If you were chosen to ride the float this year, could you please come down to the team USA (In Investigators hallway) at 10:45. This is only for the children who were chosen. If you're not sure, you can ask a teacher in your learning community, they should know. We can’t wait to see all of you today (10/26/16)

~~Thanks, Pilot and Emily

For snacks today we have Honeydew Melon

1. Honeydew History
Honeydew is the American name for the white Antibes, a variety of melon that was cultivated in southern France and Algeria centuries ago.

2. Honeydew Family
Honeydew and other melons are part of the cucurbitaceae (gourd) family, which is divided into fruits (melons) and vegetables (squashes, pumpkins, and cucumbers).

3. Honeydew and Cantaloupe
Cantaloupe and honeydew are related fruits.

4. Honeydew: The Temptation Melon
