ATHLETIC INFORMATION for 5-8TH GRADERS Raiders 7/8 Boys Basketball Coach Smith will be hosting Open Gyms for the 7-8 Boys Basketball Team on the following dates: November 15, 17 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. If you are in need of this service you can call 393-4443 M-F, Nov. 14th to Nov. 18th from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. Everyone: Chorus Concert Date St. Albans City School will have a chorus concert on November 17th at 6:30 in the Library. We will have both the elementary chorus and the middle school chorus performing.

MISCELLANEOUS PARENT MATH NIGHT 1st - 2nd - 3rd Grades Tuesday November 15, 2016 5:30 - 7:00pm SACS library Join us for a night of learning and creating as we dive into math for grades 1-3! We will begin the evening with a presentation about our math curriculum, how we teach math, and mathematical strategies. PICTURES AND REPORTS More Beet Chip Photos Mrs Adams class participated in harvesting and making beet chips with the rest of Kindergarten last week Learning about Veterans Day Explorers in Mrs. Halvorsen's Classroom read and discussed a book about Veterans Day. The purpose of the experience was to provide the students with an understanding of the meaning of tomorrow's Veterans Day gathering. Team USA Veterans Breakfast USA students organized a tasty breakfast in the school's library for veterans from the St. Albans community.  Students from Mrs. Adams and Lawyer's classrooms joined them briefly and provided the pledge of allegiance before the veterans had their meal (Link to the pledge Video 35 seconds long). Various speeches were given by the older students.  A video of the event was made by the USA students that will be shared on Channel 15. Picture Re-take Day Quite a few students and staff had their pictures taken on Thursday morning 11-10-2016. We hope that everyone at St. Albans City School is now up to date on their school photo.
