REPORTS AND PICTURES
DUCK UPDATE The pair of ducks that made St. Albans City School their home are thriving at Mrs. Cox's mother's home. The female duck was very dehydrated from sitting day after day on its eggs at the school and it drank thirstily for hours after being moved. You may wonder about her eggs. She did not go back to sitting on them, so Mrs. Brodeur placed them in an incubator. If any hatch, we will post the information in announcements. VOYAGERS CAMPING TRIP The Voyagers had excellent weather on their camping trip at Covenant Hills. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful environment and all the fun things to do there. Here are a few pictures they shared with us. June 13th and 14th. USA OLYMPICS This year clusters of students in USA created countries. On Thursday these country groups competed with each other in a kind of Olympics. Teachers supervised competitive stations and kept track of each country's best performances in the many events. Countries rotated to different events roughly every 10 minutes. Great weather, good competition and lots of fun. 6-15-2017 |
